After working for seven years in public relations as an account manager, Karen Bristow established Kardan Consulting in 2000, with the aim of delivering a complete public relations service to clients, but without all the expensive overheads.

Over the last ten years, Kardan has worked with a range of emerging and established companies to assist them in successfully building their profile and their reputation.

Karen's extensive experience includes the development of comprehensive public relations plans and the management of media surrounding events and product launches for both new and established brands.

Since establishing Kardan, Karen's more recent experience includes the development and management of public relations strategies for a range of leading companies within the mortgage industry and the financial services sector. (See Clients section)

In addition to her public relations experience, Karen also holds a Bachelor of Education degree in
Physical Education and Health from Canberra University.

Daniel East

Daniel has worked in the Australian banking and finance industry since 1985. His role as Director of Kardan Consulting involves the management of administration and finance within the company.

His background includes trading and management roles in the treasury divisions of Bank of Indosuez
in Sydney and Paris as well as the role of Treasurer for the Dai-Ichi Kangyo Bank in Australia.

He is also Chief Executive Officer of Grosvenor Pirie Management Ltd, an established superannuation management and administration services company.
